In the dancers only section I made an example playlist for me and my test buddy, by using a microsoft access query to find songs in the music database which would be suitable for us to dance to at the event. The playlists are identical except from the actual songs which are different because we have different preferences. We also made a sponsor form for the dancers to fill in with the information about the people who are sponsoring them. It tells the dancers to bring the form, along with the money, and give it to their chosen charity representative at the event.
