Music Database
Data entry form - The data entry form which i created includes two pictures which i though were relevant, and a key so the person filling the form in knows what to put and what things mean. Also i have but in combo boxes so the person filling the form in can easily select certain options, also there are text boxes for people to type in.
Database plan - I planned the database before i did it by identifying the feild type, feild length & validation. This is my Database plan.
New records - I went home and chose five tracks that i would import into my playlist. These are my New records.
Screenshot proof - I did this by print screening my page then pasting it into word and writing about what i have included. This is my screenshot proof.
Search criteria - This is when i print screened my page on design view, for both playlists and then pasted them in word and wrote about them. This is my search criteria.
Sreenshot using use of data entry form- It basicaly shows a print screened version of my data entry form. and shows how you can fill it in. This is my screenshot. In my screenshot there are also drop down options for my effort rating and genre feilds, i have used these so i get the answers i am looking for, if i din't use these there could be a big problem if people made any typing errors etc.
