Blazer Badge Competition

Last term the Art Department ran a competition to find the best design for a badge for the new school blazers. There was a tremendous range of entries from all year groups and the standard was incredibly high.

Mr Keeble, some of the Governors and Mr Gordon spent hours considering the entries before finally reaching agreement on the winners. There was a winner in each year group but one lucky overall winner received a fantastic mobile phone and £100 of Trafford centre vouchers as a prize.

The winners were:

Year 7 Reshma Mannan
Year 8 Olivia Green
Year 9 Meghan McKay
Year 10 Heather Wood
Year 11 Scott Owen

The overall winner was Meghan McKay from Year 9, with this design.

We’re now looking forward to seeing the badge embroidered on the blazers next year.
